Are the stories truly unique?
Yes! Every book is custom-written and custom-illustrated. There are no templates, no recycled stories, and no two books are ever the same — just like the children they’re made for.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear photo of the child’s face, preferably in natural light and facing the camera, works best. This helps us generate a beautiful and accurate illustrated version for the book. The photo should be under 2 MB in size.
What happens to the reference photo I upload?
The reference photo is used solely for the generation of the book and is permanently deleted afterward. Beanstalk Stories does not retain reference photos after book generation. Please reference our Privacy Policy for more information.
What occasions are these books good for?
Our books make perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays, baby showers, big milestones (like becoming a sibling), or even just because. They’re especially memorable for first birthdays and early childhood keepsakes.
I do not see the theme I would like to use. Is there anything I can do?
Absolutely! Email Us and let us know what the theme is and we can likely make it available fairly quick. We are a continuously evolving product and are looking to create the custom experience you need.
What’s your return policy?
Because each book is made specifically for your child, we don’t offer refunds once a story is ordered. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue, we’ll make it right. Please reference our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
Do you have other style books available?
We focus on the best quality. Currently we offer the original Beanstalk Story hardcover books that are 8.5 inches x 8.5 inches and 24 pages. Although the style is limited, the themes and the stories are truly unique.
Can I include a personal dedication in my child’s book?
Yes! Every Beanstalk Storybook comes with the option to add a personalized dedication page. You can include a special message, date, or memory that makes the book even more meaningful.
What ages are Beanstalk Stories best for?
Our stories are designed to be enjoyed by children up to around 8 years old. They’re perfect for younger kids to be read aloud to, with colorful illustrations that capture attention, and simple, engaging storylines. Older children love recognizing themselves in the personalized details, which keeps them excited and connected to the story.
