1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Beanstalk Stories website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
4. Ordering & Payment
- Order Placement: All orders are submitted online. Once you click “Submit,” you authorize us to process payment and begin production.
- Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Custom Products; Non-Cancellations
- Customization: Each book is made-to-order according to the text and photo you provide. Please review your entries carefully—once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
- Cancellations: Much of our process is automated and cannot be canceled once an order is placed. Please reach out to [email protected] to discuss and help remediate your situation.
6. Production & Shipping
- Production Time: Typical production time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping: Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipment carrier.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Beanstalk Stories and its licensors retain all proprietary rights in the Website content, trademarks, and materials.
- Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and purchase products for personal use.
- User-Provided Content: By uploading photos and text, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify them solely for the purpose of creating your book.
8. Restrictions
You may not:
- Use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our Website, service, or products beyond your personal use.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.
9. Disclaimers
- Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product images or descriptions are error-free.
- No Guarantees: Except as expressly provided, all services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beanstalk Stories and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Website or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beanstalk Stories, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beanstalk Stories with respect to the subject matter hereof.
